10时09分,检阅车向东驶去
十里长街开满鲜花,与绿色的军阵组合成这个秋季最绚丽的景色。
10时09分,在激昂的阅兵曲中,中共中央总书记、中华人民共和国主席、中央军委主席胡锦涛乘检阅车徐徐向东驶去。
“敬礼——”方队指挥员一声令下,伫立在东长安街的受阅官兵,向胡锦涛主席行注目礼。
“同志们好——”“首长好!”
“同志们辛苦了——”“为人民服务!”
军委主席的亲切问候和受阅官兵的响亮回答,响彻长街。
这响亮的回答,穿越人民军队82年的光荣历程,传递着这支军队不变的宗旨。
“红军师”“秋收起义团”“平江起义团”“铁军”“猛虎团”“硬骨头六连”“上甘岭特功八连”……检阅车从一面面鲜红的战旗前徐徐驶过。
从南昌城头一路走来的中国军队,哪一支没有经过战火的洗礼,哪一支不是传承着英雄的基因?
新型坦克、新型火炮、新型导弹……检阅车从一台台迷彩色的装备前徐徐驶过。
从当年的“万国造”到今天全部国产的先进装备,中国军队的武器装备实现了历史跨越。
10时37分,正步通过天安门
敬礼线到了!
32岁的旗手朱振华双手一收一推,3.3米长的旗杆从肩上落下,准确地固定在前上方45度角的位置。
秋风轻拂,红旗上的五角星和“八一”两个字展现在亿万中国人眼前。
10时37分,迈着铿锵的正步,三军仪仗队护卫军旗通过天安门,拉开了分列式的序幕。
这时,天安门广场上的背景图案赫然出现12个大字:听党指挥、服务人民、英勇善战。
这人民军队特有的红色传统,就像那猎猎军旗一样,历经82年风雨而不褪色。
14个徒步方队,受阅时长约12分钟。每个方队以每分钟116步的速度踢出128步正步,走完天安门东西华表间的96米。
这是一组像作战时间一样精确的数字。
为了这96米,受阅官兵在训练场上走过了数千公里,坚硬的路面被踩出了一行行脚印。
陆军学员方队、步兵方队、特战兵方队,来自陆军部队的3个方队构成第一阵容。
队伍以排山倒海的气势向前移动,似乎没有什么可以阻挡他们的前进。
横、纵、斜,天安门正对面的大屏幕从不同角度显示着方阵的线条。每条线,都像刀切一般笔直。
在56岁的徒步方队总教练袁大庆眼里,这是世间最美的造型。
60年来,中国军队从“骡马化”“摩托化”迈向“机械化”“信息化”,但,徒步仍然是军队接受检阅的基本形式。
“无论武器装备如何发展,战争的胜负最终取决于人。一支没有战斗力的部队,肯定走不出整齐划一的方阵。”袁大庆说。
以“铁脚板”著称的步兵,曾是中国陆军的主体。14次阅兵中步兵方队的逐年减少,折射出中国军队的巨变——从1985年集团军诞生起,中国陆军从以“步兵为主”发展成为炮兵、装甲兵、工程兵、防化兵、通信兵、电子对抗兵、步兵、防空导弹兵、航空兵等诸多兵种合成的现代陆军,成为既能独立遂行作战任务又能与海军、空军实施联合作战的强大军种。
斑斓的迷彩丛中,突然加入了一抹清新的色彩——身着洁白军服和蓝色海洋迷彩服的海军学员方队、水兵方队和海军陆战队方队接受检阅。有力而又轻盈的步伐,仿佛踏浪而来。
最让人难忘的是水兵们写满骄傲的年轻面孔。出生在上个世纪80年代和90年代的官兵是这次阅兵的主体,而水兵方队的平均年龄只有18岁。他们传递出这样一个讯息:富有活力与创造力的年轻一代,正在成为中国军队现代化建设的生力军。
飞行学员方队、空降兵方队、二炮学员方队、三军女兵方队、武警方队、女民兵方队、预备役方队……与10年前的国庆阅兵相比,这次阅兵减少了陆军方队,增加了二炮、特战兵等军兵种方队,女兵方队则首次改为三军合成。增减之间,凸显出中国军队迈向精兵之路的最新进展。
方阵如山,气势如虹。如果不是军服的色彩各不相同,很难分辨不同的方队。
二炮学员棕色与绿色相间的导弹防护服,可曾让你想到为国砺剑的崇山峻岭?
空降兵的丛林迷彩,是否唤醒你汶川大地震救援中高空一跃的珍贵记忆?
武警的橄榄绿,不正是日夜守护人民安宁的熟悉身影?
60年前的开国大典上,全军还没有统一的服装。今天,受阅官兵身着的是中国军队从2007年起换发的07式服装。这是解放军历史上最大规模的换装。崭新的军装与军人阔步行进的姿态一起,构成了这个十月天安门前的标志性画面。

10时49分,战车隆隆而来
隆隆的响声中,大地有些颤动。数千名中外记者把镜头对准了声音来处——
10时49分,30个装备方队向天安门驶来。最前面的99式坦克方队以利箭的队形,展示着由这个由500多台地面装备组成的铁甲方阵一往无前的气概。
这个数字,创下了新中国成立以来历次阅兵的新纪录。
在这些装备中,近90%为第一次公开亮相。
“箭尖”位置上,29岁的车长王南元和22岁的炮长任嗣宁庄严敬礼,34岁的驾驶员丁辉操纵着坦克自信前行。
“60年前的战车是从华北各地缴获来的,日式、美式都有,大部分还‘缺胳膊断腿’的,不得不连夜修复。这种临时组装的战车能不能顺利通过天安门,我心里没有底。”开国阅兵时任华北战车团代团长的田申回忆说。
从“小米加步枪”到“铁甲雄师”,从引进到自主研制,60年间特别是近10年来,中国军队的主战装备得到了脱胎换骨式的发展。
王南元所率领的这个方队,就是巨变的亲历者。
这个从平江起义走来的北京军区某“红军团”,曾三次参加国庆阅兵。
国庆35周年阅兵,这支部队以摩托化方队的形式出现;15年后的国庆50周年阅兵,他们组成了机械化步兵战车方队;今天,他们驾驶的是中国自行研制生产的、具有较高信息化程度的第三代坦克。
无论是常规导弹、核导弹、巡航导弹这些引人注目的装备,还是各种型号的新型火炮、坦克、战车,接受检阅的陆、海、空军和第二炮兵的武器装备显示,中国军队的装备正在向世界一流水平接近。
这一切,来自国家发展的雄厚基础和改革开放的辉煌成果。
铁流滚滚。在天安门广场巨大的背景文字“忠诚于党,热爱人民,报效国家,献身使命,崇尚荣誉”映衬下,装备方队逐一受阅。
最后一个通过天安门的东31甲核导弹方队,它以巨大的体形和凛然的气魄,完成了在世界面前的首次亮相。
10年前的国庆阅兵,“压轴”的同样是当时中国最新研制的洲际导弹。
10年后参阅的洲际导弹,性能又有了新的提升。
“我国有许多装备借鉴了发达国家的先进技术和经验研制而成,但在战略核武器建设上,我们走了一条完全独立自主的发展道路。”方队长张光忠此前接受记者采访时说。
作为试训队队长,张光忠和他的战友们在茫茫戈壁完成了这种新型导弹的研制生产、试验发射和武器定型。
同样是在那片戈壁滩里,1964年10月,中国政府在首颗原子弹成功爆炸后即宣布,任何情况下,中国都不会首先使用核武器。
诞生于1966年的第二炮兵是新中国为应对核威胁、打破核垄断、维护国家安全作出的历史性选择,是中国实施战略威慑的核心力量。
1984年的国庆阅兵式上,第二炮兵首次公开受阅。当时的二炮方阵,仅有1个地地战略导弹方队。
今天,中国战略导弹部队以展示5个装备方队、近百枚导弹的透明姿态,向全世界重申自己的和平承诺。

11时11分,战机飞舞长空
就在最后一个地面方队通过天安门广场的同时,战机划过长空呼啸而来。
作为空中第一个梯队的长机,50岁的某特种航空兵师师长顾维峰驾驶空警-2000预警机,第一个飞过天安门广场上空。
随着这一中国空军最新装备的亮相,被称为信息化作战“空中领袖”的预警机,正式步入中国空军作战序列。
空中梯队指挥员赵忠新中将此前接受记者采访时表示,预警机的研制成功,标志着空军基于信息系统的体系作战有了质的飞跃。
参加这次阅兵的15型151架飞机,涵盖了中国空军和陆军、海军现役主战机型,新机型达到95%以上。飞机的数量和种类远远超过此前的历次阅兵,以预警机为代表的新装备更是前所未有地凸显出信息化的特点。
“米秒不差”,是阅兵指挥部对空中梯队提出的要求。大部分飞机间隔为15米-20米,受油机距加油机加油锥套只有两米。
体形庞大的轰-6H,标志着“中国制造”迈入第三代的歼-10,以及距离地面仅250米的直升机群……12个空中梯队以楔队队形、“品”字形、三角形等各种队形飞过时,巨大的轰鸣声在天地间回响。
拥有一支强大的空中力量,曾是多少代中国人的梦想。
此刻的观礼台上,海航原政委单大德中将热泪盈眶。77岁的单大德抗日战争期间曾无数次目睹日军飞机在中国的土地上狂轰滥炸。他的母亲和妹妹在重庆大轰炸中遇难。
“从小时候起,我就渴望成为飞行员,驾驶我们自己的飞机保卫祖国,保卫亲人。”多年后,单大德成为海军航空兵飞行员。
再过一个多月,空军将迎来60岁生日。
引人注目的是,作战飞机全部挂弹受阅。这是空中梯队在国庆阅兵中第二次挂弹飞行。
新中国成立时,南方还有大片国土没有解放,北平也并不安宁。部分飞机奉命挂实弹,同时执行参加阅兵和战斗值班的任务。
这一次,多型空空、空地导弹随着战机首次公开亮相。
11时20分,由15架教-8组成的教练机梯队最后一个飞过天安门。
“这种教练机驾驶起来非常灵活,做很多特技动作很有如鱼得水的感觉。”22岁的长机飞行员何晓莉此前接受记者采访时说。
何晓莉和她的梯队成员是6个月前刚从空军第三飞行学院毕业的中国首批战斗机女飞行员,她们的平均飞行时间只有300小时。
来自总装备部的消息表明,我国已经开始选拔女性航天员,通过初选的15名女性都是运输机飞行员。
近年来,在武器研制专家、歼击机飞行员、反恐特警、两栖侦察兵、作战部队主官、抢险救灾突击队员等解放军历史上往往由男性垄断的角色里,出现了越来越多的女军人。在中国应对多种安全威胁、执行多样化军事任务的历程中,她们正在发挥更大的作用。
即将结束阅兵的时刻,教练机梯队在天安门上空拉出了一道道彩色烟带,宛若彩虹,久久曾散。
屏息凝气看阅兵的观礼人群中,突然响起了一片掌声。
今天的整个北京城,都在仰望人民空军的雄姿。
国庆60周年首都阅兵,不仅仅属于军队,不仅仅属于北京。
这些日子里,几乎在每一个网络论坛里,都有无数人在猜测阅兵的每一个细节,关注可能参阅的每一支部队。
阅兵是武装力量的检阅与展示。阅兵更是全体中国人的一场心灵盛宴。
11时25分,不是阅兵的阅兵
大军散去。在游行群众的队伍中,出现了18位白发苍苍的老兵。
这些老战士平均年龄80.7岁,绝大多数参加过解放战争,还有的参加过抗日战争。
作为为新中国诞生立下卓著功勋的共和国老战士代表,他们首次应邀参加国庆群众游行。
在一辆名为“浴血奋斗”的彩车上,18人分立两侧。一侧,向着天安门致敬;另一侧,向着人民英雄纪念碑、向着他们在战火中倒下的战友敬礼。
人民英雄纪念碑奠基于新中国诞生前夜,新生的共和国以此来铭记所有为她牺牲的英烈。
他们没能等到新中国的成立,更没能看到新中国的阅兵。
就在这个新中国走过一个甲子的秋季,就在这巍峨的纪念碑上,无数英烈的眼睛凝视着共和国的又一次阅兵。
