8，刚开始在网上搜索受害者资料，发现最早的受害者主要集中在沿海地区。根据lionking提供的情况（英国华人走私犯），以及发现英国地区的留学生受害者远远多过其他欧美国家。得出结论，此仪器是走私来的，并且极有可能是从英国流入（至少英国是最猖獗的走私出口国，令我想起了多佛港偷渡惨案，似乎英国在这方面抓的不严。）而根据白鸽早期的帖子，他说最早是一批留学生受害者发起反精神控制联盟的，这也证实了走私，这点。
